Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


Unless it is stated otherwise, purchases made with a promotion (promo) code, specials, sales, or any other incentive on our website, are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges UNLESS WE sent you the wrong or damaged item. 

L'Fiori will accept returns at the address below for a full refund of the amount paid minus shipping charges. Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days from the day the ordered items are marked "delivered" by the delivering company. Please return the item in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges of any returned/exchanged product UNLESS WE sent you the wrong or damaged item. 

We will only process returns for items purchased directly from www.lfioribeauty.com. 

Items purchased on our website can only be returned by the original purchaser.

You can return or exchange your items as follows:

1. Send email to customerservice@lfioribeauty.com and include your order number;

2. Indicate reason for the return of the lacquer in your email;

3. Once you package the item, include the original order form AND package the item securely. (Bubble wrap is preferred); and

4. Email L'Fiori back with tracking number once return package has been mailed out. If you are in CA, AZ or NV, you can use Priority Mail with USPS otherwise due to the contents of the package it needs to be shipped by Ground Mail.
